December is a busy finish to the year, rushing through Black Friday and searching for the perfect gifts. 1. Winterland, Fulham
Fulham’s first Thameside beach freezes over this winter at Winterland London. Expect heated lodges, igloos, a snow-clad adult playground, plenty of fondue, and much more! Its a unique and affordable drinking, dining and entertainment experience. Winterland will offer guests the chance to feast on mouth-watering fondues and raclette burgers as well as the chance to hide out in cosy winter lodges within an enchanted forest.

2. Woody Bear, Oxford Circus
Woody Bear will offer some of the finest rooftop vibes in the capital with the venue’s first-ever wintertime pop-up. Design team DENLDN will create a venue inspired by an abandoned urban fairground where imaginations can run wild, with a dreamy cheese Melt-Shack and Hot Gin on tap.

3. Skylight, Wapping
Skylight, London’s new rooftop destination, has announced an exciting new winter season. It all launched at Tobacco Dock in Wapping on Thursday 2nd November. Themed around an urban après skate bar, the East London venue will play host to delicious seasonal drinks, fondue and street food. As well as London’s first rooftop ice rink, ice hockey shooting and the great views in the city!

4. The Gardening Society at John Lewis, Oxford Circus
Run by brothers Matthew and Iain Pennington in a Victorian walled garden in the Mendip Hills, the award-winning Ethicurean restaurant comes to London in a pop-up on our Oxford Street Roof Garden. Seasonal as well as being ethically-sourced the menu takes cues from historic London recipes. The hearty and imaginative selection offers sumptuous autumn and winter dishes with a taste of Somerset.

5. Radio Rooftop Bar at ME London, The Strand
On 1st December, Radio Rooftop at ME London unveiled a spectacular winter experience named #AprèsWithAView. Three cable cars have taken up residence on Radio’s terrace for the winter season, ‘transporting guests’ from London’s rooftops to the slopes.
Upon arriving guests will be handed their lift pass before ascending to Radio where they will be led to their own private cable car. High above the rooftops guests can look forward to seasonal cocktails, or a glass of Champagne, before indulging in a truffled three-cheese fondue and charcuterie.
