Alexander & Björck celebrate their third birthday

Happy birthday!

This September, Alexander & Björck are celebrating their 3rd birthday as modern, innovative London-based luxury event caterers with only one motto – ‘The Sky’s the limit’.

To celebrate they hosted an exclusive birthday party for the events industry.

A Gastronomic Journey

“We took the opportunity to have an open day showcasing our new menus in the White Space at Bluebird. The format was for us to take our guests on a gastronomic journey. They had to follow the little footsteps on the map to the different locations which started with the bar and canapés. Next was a Neo Latin food station, followed by the amuse-bouche wall. 

We also illustrated a three course dinner across the afternoon including fish for starters, a main course of beef with truffle mash and gold flakes, complimented by a vegetable food stall. All of our guests were then invited to the lounge for cheese, port and of course birthday cake.”

The birthday party was supported by our amazing suppliers; Wise Productions, Pinstripes & Peonies, Young Guns entertainment and Wonderlust Espresso. Also Heather Hoyle entertained on the saxophone and Jones Hire provided all of the crockery.

For the event, A&B offered a gastronomic journey, allowing guests to explore the space throughout stunning food stations. Our personal favourite was a seated course inviting guests to enjoy a fillet of beef, with truffle mash and blackberry jus. To add that extra sparkle, 24 carat gold dust was available to sprinkle over the top!
