A word from the planner
“I am an American living in London and miss celebrating a big Thanksgiving Day here every year therefore I put together a stunning dinner party for friends based around the idea of getting together for a glass of wine and a little treat over the holiday. In a world where we are super busy, getting friends together for a really special evening, that does not include cooking all night, sounds great to me!”

Pinots and Pies
The tablescape was designed around pairing wines and miniature puddings, as well as lots of conversations between friends. Rebecca K chose miniature pies for each guest to have a personalised flavour. Also, three Pinot Noirs were served alongside bubbles – a must for this holiday!
A Thanksgiving Tablescape
The look of the setting was centred around autumn in a moody, modern style. By using a simple dark wooden table and chairs, the flowers added autumnal pops of colour across the runner. Golden vases and tall candlesticks added glamour and festive colours.
“I don’t have any friends that do not enjoy wine, pies and a gorgeous table setting. Thanksgiving doesn’t always need to be a feast of Turkey. It can be getting your friends together for a night of pies and wines!”
Gather + Gobble – a Friendsgiving Feast
A word from the planner “There is nothing better than gathering with your tribe with a feast, eating, drinking and catching up… Am I right?! In this crazy world, taking time to be with your nearest and dearest before the Christmas season hits is always high on my list of priorities.”
