Following this guests make their way to their cable car where the main is served as they travel across the river. The 10 minute journey is being slowed down to an 18 minute crossing so that diners can take in the panoramic views of The O2, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Canary Wharf and Thames Barrier.

As guests land at Royal Victoria Dock they will be served an incredible interactive dessert; An Edible Garden complete with Oreo cheesecake, edible chocolate soil, realistic chocolate stones and meringue mushrooms.

Guests can the chose whether they’d like to stay for cocktail and petit fours whilst enjoying the popular doughnut station or catch the cable car back to where they started.
