Head Chef & Owner, Alix Caiger set up Caiger & Co. to bring her passion for cooking & food to catering in a totally bespoke way. Alix trained at Leith’s School of Food & Wine and brings a wide range of experience to the business. Her experience ranges from working with large event companies & corporate clients to private chef work & film location catering.
